As a boutique lodging provider, we only offer our home for rent a few times a year. Is the date you're interested in unavailable for booking? Please email us. We will be reviewing special request bookings for the remainder of 2025 thru February 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Guest receives a 100% refund if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; Guest receives a 50% refund if cancellation occurs more than 15 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival.

PAYMENT: Payment due at time of booking. A $500 damage deposit will be charged to the card on file approximately 2 days prior to arrival and will be released within 5 days after check out once the property manager has had a change to inspect for issues/damages. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Your booking will be confirmed once a signed rental agreement is returned. If rental agreement is not returned within the set time, the booking will automatically cancel.
