Our beautifully updated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private home perfectly situated on the 14th fairway of spectacular Old Kinderhook, a Tom Weiskopf signature course. Our home is also located next to one of the community's sparkling salt water pools. The villa is completely updated with all new carpet, appliances and furnishings and includes all the comforts of home. Plus the house is decorated for Christmas from mid-November through New Years! Ice Rink & Christmas Village open Thanksgiving weekend!

Our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private villa is located on the beloved 14th fairway and next to one of the community's sparkling salt water pools. The villa is completely updated with all new carpet, appliances and furnishings and includes all the comforts of home. The main level includes 2 bedrooms (one with king and one with queen), two full bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining, living room, and 3 season sunroom with an outdoor sectional sofa and additional dining table- the perfect place to relax and have a drink, read a book, or play a game!
Our walk out lower level gives a secondary place to relax or entertain. It offers a ping pong table, second living room, wet bar with fridge and wine cooler, and a bookcase full of board games and puzzles. The walk out lower level also has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twins and one with 2 queens and 1 Twin with trundle) and another full bathroom. The lower level walks out to a large patio with a 8 person dining table and a Weber gas BBQ grill. The patio is just steps away from the 14th fairway and the views are spectacular! 8 Adirondack chairs and a corn hole game await you on the lawn.

With our kids getting older and busier, we appreciate any time we can carve out to spend together. Creating and collecting memories- not things- has become our goal and we've created many great memories at this vacation home in Old Kinderhook. The resort offers everything you'll ever need and more- super nice people- great food and drinks- beautiful golf course- multiple salt water pools- Lake of the Ozarks and boat dock right down the lane- tennis and pickle ball courts- fitness center- sand volleyball courts- ice rink in the winter- multiple fire pits- Christmas village- and even a full service spa- can't beat it!
